"This place has the worst customer service. They came out to do our countertops which the gentlemen who came out were fine. But then my son who is 4 and has some special needs starting messing with their tools and my older son wasn’t watching him as well as he should’ve been. Well apparently they then took photos of my son (which that in itself I fine very invasive) and when my husband tried to talk to the receptionist lady she got all angry and hung up because he said he doesn’t need her to send us pictures. We don’t need pictures to know that our son was having one of his fits. In this day and age with all the different types of people I find it offensive that someone would take pictures of a child and then just not call the owner to sort it out. They left the job half done but yet they took all of our money."

"They installed countertops today, they decided that they were not going to install the backsplash until I did the trim around my windows the way they wanted it done instead of how I am doing it and how I want it done. I guess I was confused that it was my home and I could install the window trim how I liked and not how they liked. So I talked to Tabitha because my 4 your old was there and I guess he took a tool and ran away with it in the house, again, it’s a 4 year old, she was really Afro and aggressive in the phone and when I didn’t fall for her trying to bait me into an argument, she decided that hanging up on me was the best course of action. So I call back and asked to talk to the manager and guess what? She is the manager now. Wow, great company. I then talk to some other guy that blamed it on me, even though I emailed them 2 weeks prior to install that I wanted it done a certain way and to go ahead and move forward with the backsplash, but they decided if I don’t trim the window the way they want it done, they won’t do it, even though they take your money up front and won’t give it back unless you do what they say. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BESIDES THIS PLACE!"

Despite the challenges of working around our energetic dog and our busy schedules, Rico remained respectful and ensured we were satisfied with the color match. My only suggestion for future technicians would be to utilize a color matching template to streamline the process. Overall, we are extremely pleased with Rico's work."
