He has left a wake of unpaid honest day-laborers and scammed home owners in Yamhill County since he showed up in our community a year or two ago. This man is a professional confidence man and preys on the most vulnerable. Don’t take my word for it. Do your background checks online and ask around McMinnville & surrounding towns about J&A Plumbing and Jerry Tudor before you chose to let J&A Plumbing onto your property for your plumbing needs."

"Do not do business with this guy. He had me come to work for him for 3 days, on the 3rd day he never showed up and left me sitting in a parking lot for 3 hours and never showed up. He ctext me the next day on some other phone number and fed me some line aboit being locked up the night before because jis customer refused to pay him and he get charged with trespassing. That was a month ago and he still hasn't paid me. He also had a reipe job going while i was working with him that should have taken about 3 days, maybe a week tops and he told me he would pay me after he finished that job. But still hasn't. This guy has to much going on in his life that doesn't make since, can't keep a good employee because hes shady. Do not do business with this criminal."

"J&A plumbing recently installed my dishwasher & hot water tank. A little background: My insurance company was being very difficult & I had been without hot water, a stove & a dishwasher for 3 weeks before I was referred to J & A. Jay was honest, straightforward and went above & beyond to make sure that I would have hot water before he left. He was true to his word, staying until nearly midnight to complete the install. I've already scheduled another appointment with him to work on the plumbing underneath my kitchen sink. I am confident to say that I no longer need to shop for plumbing bids, he's the only plumber & handyman I'll ever use."

"Unlike some of the other plumbers in town, J&A Plumbing didn't require me to have a credit card just to make an appointment. As a Manager of property, I didn't want to use my personal CC just for an appointment. He was able to get with my renter on their time and fix the issue without any real problems. He gave them some great advise to help minimize future issues. And seem like a well rounding guy to deal with."
