"Apparently not making your appointment due to being unconscious in a hospital for two days after an accident on way to said appointment warrants a $115 charge. It's a bit difficult to call and reschedule when you're not awake due to physical injuries and struggling to sort your head trauma, or even know what day it is or where and how you are. Then get hit with a triple digit debit for circumstances beyond control. I'm tense. Stressed. Does anyone know a massage shop I can book to help? Maybe one that actually cares about clients?"

"saunas are good, very hot. The massages are mediocre though, and I’ve tried a couple here. I booked a seasonal massage but only got a basic massage without the add ons (hot towel, toner etc). I booked a massage with aromatherapy but was required to wear a mask during it so couldn’t smell the aromatherapy (so don’t book that add on)."

"This place and sauna in general have been a support of my facing and partially releasing a harsh, critical inner voice. I went from going to Loyly monthly to weekly to buying my own to use daily at home. After coming to a place that feels much more alive and sane in myself, I am now back to monthly for maintenance sessions."

"Great experience! I came here with my mom and sister to celebrate a birthday. They were able to accommodate us to get treatments at the same time, which was nice. We got our treatments and all enjoyed except for one (treatment was too light despite requests for more pressure). My massage and facial were relaxing and well done. My mother said her facial was stellar. The shower and sauna facilities were great, as was the area to relax and grab refreshments. All in all, I’d recommend!"

"I go here every time I am in town. This is a lovely retreat located in middle of the city. Spending 2 hours here rejuvinates me for the rest of the week. It reminds me to be calm and quiet in body and mind. However it is not overly stuffy. I often come here with my sister to catch and relax. The pricing is a good value for what you get. The staff is nice. There are swimsuits for rent if you forget yours There are single sex days of you want the option to go âu natural though my bun prefers to be covered. They give you a towel to sit on but the sauna gets hot!"
