I selected the aroma therapy Happy - a relaxing and mood uplifting blend of essential oils. The dry brushing felt so good on my tired skin & body from head to toe. It was followed by the sugar scrub - it was so delightful and invigorating! Shea butter lightly massaged into my skin was the next step of heaven and then into my cocoon of warmth to relax and let it penetrate my dry summer skin. After my treatment I had plenty of time to relax in the treatment room, and I enjoyed the sauna and red light therapy! It was an amazing and uplifting treat for my tired body and soul.
