"Stopped in just now to grab a snack. Doors are locked. Employee is walking around inside. Waited 18 minutes out front. 5 customers stopped and left. No sign on door. Not very convenient when not open. Customer said he was leaving to go to 7-11."

"Least convenient "Convenience Store" in the area. Just 3 walkable blocks from my home, used to be great when they could keep the place open 24/7/365. Since the pandemic it has been closed from 12am-5am, and often it is closed more than that. I used to walk to this store every night. now I almost always drive there because I figure I'm probably going to have to go somewhere else to shop. When I do get in, the items I want often have not been restocked. This is a hard place to work and there has been a lot of employee turn over. I wish it could get better, but without reliable employees, this place will continue to decline."

"Nothing worse than needing something or even worse really craving something and walking to the store to find a chain on the door and a sign that says be back in 10 only to wait for 20,30,or more minutes and then leave in frustration. Now imagine doing that every time you go there. I understand paying more for convenience but there is nothing convenient about this plaid pantry. And Plaid management, I know your real sorry that I had a bad experience at your store,and that youll strive to make me feel welcome or some such noise as that, but that don't get me milk at 2 am when my kid is crying, so save it."

"When I moved to this area I thought how great it would be having a convenience store within walking distance. But it's always closed after 12pm, and sometimes even earlier. I work nights and it's a total bummer. I no longer walk there because I always end up walking back home and getting in the car and driving to the 7-11. Wonder how much business is lost to 7-11 over the course of a week? Other than this it is a nice little store. Just never open when I want to spend money."
