"Such a good vibe here. Harrison offered to cover my purchase when I was 3$ short, and to top it off he's got some of the best music tastes I've ever witnessed! So glad to be living so close to such a responsible and stable plaid pantry! If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would! (And Harrison if your reading this, I owe you big time!)"
"The only reason that this plaid pantry gets one star is because it is not possible to give it a lower score. I have never been treated so rudely at a convenience store my entire life. Stephanie is so incredibly rude that she's lucky to have a job there and really does not deserve to be working with public and customer service when she treats people so poorly. I went in there this afternoon and grabbed a few snacks and a drink and was approaching the counter when I heard her muttering something about he going to pay for that or something about putting something in somebody's pocket and I look around and notice that I'm the only female in the store so I say excuse me ma'am are you talking about me she refuses to make eye contact with me is looking at her camera trying to find anything she can to make me look guilty which I don't steal I am a good customer and I pay for my goods. She was very unprofessional and got up and locked the doors and refused to give me any sort of superiors name or number or her last name for that matter. When I told her that I would like to speak to her Superior about her actions then it was okay for me to leave. Long story short I will never shop in another Plaid Pantry again so miss Stephanie has costed her company quite a bit of money because I was a very good customer."
"Went for a coffee. The clerk started talking about my attire. I told her I just wanted a coffee. I went to get my coffee as she ran around the counter talking about locking the doors. I had my money in hand and dropped it in order to try and leave. She started swinging a chain as I asked about the other exit. I picked up a sign of merchandise to escape. Her accessory or boyfriend followed me to a bus stop and pulled a gun on me."
"Always closed because someone doesn't want to deal with customers or they're outside smoking a cigarette. All the night shift workers are rude and treat everyone as if they're stealing. I love morning shift though. Helpful and gives recommendations when they're out of stock of something ( which is a lot ). Good place to grab a fresh water or drink. Other than that don't come here. The aisles are vast. They're out of stock of almost everything. The aisles have huge gaps of no product in them. Half of the items are expired as well so make sure to check the expiration date before you buy food here. Drinks as well unless it's something basic such as water, soda, or Gatorade. Even the beer is sometimes expired. Bad location. Even though it's in between two neighborhoods and there is a local grocer across the street, drinks and homeless people are always wandering by usually throwing fits or getting in people's faces. Very off putting for customers."
"Stephanie is amazing. Such a sweetheart every time I come in! She also was able to scare off a homeless guy who wouldn't leave me alone. My go to Plaid. Good on ya girl!"
