"Came for XL climbing shoes, referred over from REI. Great selection, helpful staff (near closing on a Monday evening. Ultimately tried on five pairs of shoes to nail down my size (and make sure if I wanted laces or velcro). They had helpful comments and were patient with my newcomer questions. Their climbing shoe selection is pretty impressive. The whole store is well put-together. I’d like to just go there and shop around sometime."
"A super cool store with very friendly and knowledgeable employees, had the socks I was after and several other options as well"
"Went in to find a mountaineering pack. Great selection and staff were very friendly and helpful. I found an excellent pack, better than I had hoped for. It was a great price too. Will definitely be back!"
"Came in 9/13 looking for climbing shoes. I know nothing about climbing. Gal there gave me lots of options and was able to talk me through everything. Great visit."
"I ordered a Barryvox Package Light two weeks ago. I finally got a chance to unbox the item and prepare to use them this weekend. To my surprise, the item turned out to be a used/open box one. The package is damaged and the seal is apparently retaped together. There is dust and lint all over the beacon. The three free AAA batteries for the beacon is unpacked and scattered all over the packaging. The shovel is rusted and has a lot of scuff on it. I cannot believe what I see when I unpack it... I've take pictures and documented all these... I'll never buy on this website ever again."
