"Jason came out measured windows and sent me a quote I agreed on the price. Windows arrived all of them were 3/4” shorter and 1” narrower then the existing windows. Jason instantly blamed me for not checking his measurements and approving his quote…. Why did he come measure to begin with……. Now I have to reframe every window new trim outside, fix Sheetrock, new interior trim, new blinds, paint the house where the old trim was. it going to cost more for me to install them then the windows were"

"I recently purchased five Cascade windows through Mid Valley glass. When I picked up the windows, I neglected to check them first. It wasn’t until I got home that I saw that the vinyl seal around the exterior glass was buckled and ill fitting. On Monday I took the windows back where I was met by the sales agent, Brooke, and I think a quality control manager. They both agreed that the windows needed to be repaired.
