As a reputable service provider, it is disheartening to encounter such unprofessional behavior from a business partner. From the outset, our collaboration with this contractor seemed promising. We provided our services diligently, adhering to the agreed-upon terms and delivering high-quality work. However, upon invoicing for our services, we were met with silence. Phone calls went unanswered, and our attempts to contact them via email or other means were ignored. The lack of communication has left us frustrated and confused. We have reached out multiple times, seeking clarification or an explanation for the non-payment, but our efforts have been in vain. This complete disregard for professional courtesy is not only unbecoming but also reflects poorly on the contractor's integrity. The lack of payment has not only affected our business financially but has also undermined the trust and respect we initially placed in this contractor. It is unfortunate that we find ourselves in this situation, as it tarnishes the reputation of our otherwise successful business. I strongly advise caution to anyone considering engaging in business with this home builder. Their refusal to address the issue or provide any explanation is highly concerning and indicates a lack of accountability and professionalism. In summary, our experience with this contractor has been extremely disappointing. We have not received payment for our services, and our attempts at communication have been met with silence. This behavior is both unprofessional and unacceptable, leaving us with no choice but to express our dissatisfaction and caution others about engaging with this contractor."

"The owner Bill is a gentleman. We had the opportunity to work with him in 2016 when we were thinking of building a custom home. The 3D designs he created for us were brilliant. Based on just description of wants he was able to model something that was in our heads! That showed his attention to detail and ability to connect with customer wants.
