Oakley Store

"Last Sunday 02-25-2024 , I visited the store . I came late so the store almost close . I really wanna buy a goggle for motorcycle ride . The guy really rude , he just look at me and say “we close in 4 minutes” . I get that , I tried to be nice and ask “I’m looking for an mx goggles” He looked at me like I did something to his family and say no no with an attitude. So i just walked out . I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK THERE ."

"I spoke with the employee on the phone, and then went in the store and made a purchase. When I got home I got the confirmation email. I was unsure I ordered the right size. I called him back and he confirmed it was. Very helpful very friendly answered all my questions and spent a fair amount of time doing it. Update 3/28/23. The product I ordered I was just notified will take 3 1/2 weeks to be delivered. Keep in mind if you order something in store. Originally I was told 3 to 5 business days. Update: April 6th was given as date of arrival. No product as of April 10th. Eventually I was granted a refund. I should add this reflects more on Oakley shipping and accurate inventory than the individual store. The staff have always been helpful."

"I called today with some technical questions and the man who answered the phone was named Eric. He was polite, enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. We spoke a bit and I complimented him and he spoke of the pride he has in his job and how he trains his co workers to have the same ethics and attitude. What a fantastic employee."
