"Typically I'd rate Winco in Richland very low as my experience is based on the poor attitude of self check helper and bad equipment. Today I went through employee checkout and service was pleasant and friendly. Decent prices, hit and miss service, not super clean. Well stocked."

"Food is good and most of the people are nice but!!!! If you want to buy 5 dozen eggs, it's $14.99 for the first, and if you get a second one, it's going to cost you a crazy $21 and the bathrooms are closed at night only open for the workers! Stupid!"

"The employees are sweet and polite and friendly, and the employees do help locate what you want. The store is clean, and the bathroom is clean. I don't have a problem finding the foods that I can't find in a different store. The handicap scooters are easy to use."

"09/02- I love WinCo! They have a lot of friendly employees willing to help. I stopped an employee with a question and although she was speeding to get to the back she stopped to answer my questions. My next stop was the seafood. I had questions about the different salmon for sale and the young man was very knowledgeable. I ordered seafood salads as well as salmon. I ordered a chicken meal and I was able to mix between grilled and fried chicken. The potato salad was on sale and I enjoy it. I always shop the bulk section and stock on snacks for the week. I have been trying several spices. I can get all types of nuts to help my diabetes. I've compared their prices with bulk items from that other huge store and WinCo comes out cheaper for me. I'll keep shopping till I fly back home."

"Wide selection and nice wide aisles. This store is clean friendly and organized. They offer quite a few bulk items and good prices. The parking lot has been full almost every time I passed it and a problem to park an RV. I would be sure to check dates and freshness as I did purchase some expired aloe water here and the bagged salads weren’t always looking to good."
