The materials and installation were surprisingly affordable, and the customer service was stellar."

"I spent almost $2,000 I waterproof flooring with a lifetime warranty and after one year it needs replaced because it is NOT waterproof at all and they offer me a $250 store credit for repairs!! They do not stand behind their product!!"
