"I went in to get parts to refurbish my old cast iron cement mixer. I went in and ask any one of the 2 employees to come out to my truck to look at it so we could figure out what parts i needed. I was looking to buy a new motor, switch, flywheel(replace to a sprocket for chain drive) New chain(to replace the old belt)...Neither 2 of the employees that were in there on 5/35/18 at 4:25 pm would get up off their butts to come outside to look at it. I told them i couldnt bring it in and both of them looked like that was toooooo much of an effort to get up and bring a note pad to take notes. I walked out the door and said i am taking my business elsewhere. From what i have figured out from the website, all my parts would have added up to roughly $400.00 or more from my guesstimate . Guess their not up on how to help a customer."
