"Good service. Paint is priced premium. Got a 5G of their Scuff-X paint with a 20% discount and it was still over $300. Took 3 coats of paint. Tried 3 different colors and all required multiple coats. I ran out of paint and picked up some Behr Marque paint for just under $300 and it got the rest of my job done in one coat. Was pretty disappointed in the product especially for the price. Will go elsewhere next time."

"The folks have been incredibly helpful and responsive to our many visits. They are very past to process orders and always take the time to load things in our vehicle. Their advice on which product lines to use for which applications, and their explanations as to why they make a recommendation have always been helpful. Also, their product lines are some of the best in the industry and save time due to higher pigment content and better coverage than cheaper, or box store, brands."

"Have barely left the house due to current COVID situation. I stopped by and the store said "open" with its neon sign. Another paper sign on door said "please use other door." Door was locked. A young man came to the door and looked aggravated. He said no one is allowed in the store and there was no sign indicating that. I simply asked if I could get white color samples and that I was looking for BM exterior white. He said yes, came back out and handed me a BM brochure. Basically chucked it at me, was extremely rude and what he handed me is a brochure of nothing but interior pictures. I will go to my normal BM location, on Beaverton-Hillsdale highway, where the customer services is always outstanding."
