"First, let me say I’ve patronized this store for years for multiple projects and have found their customer service to be very good until now. I went in to get a paint swatch matched for a gallon of paint. The person I spoke with about my need couldn’t have possibly been less appreciative of my business. They met my request with what can only be described as indifference. When asked if the paint could be mixed while I wait I was told no. When asked when they would be able to mix it I was told, “When we get to it.” I’ll be taking my business elsewhere."
