"I had a bed set up for the posh and lavish for 2 weeks and when i was ready to pick it and pay i found out they where out of stock and would be for a bit. I was sad and upset because i was looking forward to it for weeks. I talk to the sales rep Corbin and he was sorry for the inconvenience and to be honest i heard it all before. But this is why Corbin stands out more so than the rest of the employees who work there. I asked about other products and well i really wanted the one I set up to get. Corbin realized i was upset and cared about myself as a person and not just profit. He told me and with phone in hand.. "i want to make sure you are happy and get what you want i will call around to all the competition's stores for you to see who has what you want in stock." I was very taken back that he was willing to do this. So i asked what do you recommend this id what he suggested. (south Silverton 46) Corbin informed it will be an amazing compromise so i bought it. Mattress is great i jumped on it with my new date that night and we slept very well up on it. Thank you Corbin for all your professional help and customer service!!!!! I Suggest talking to Corbin if you ever want a anything bed related he will make things right even if it is not with their company! Best experience ever thank you!! xoxo"
