"We ordered replacement glass for a broken window in September. It’s still not done end of Feb. They warned us they were busy but they forgot to order the glass, twice. We call and leave message and no return calls. They finally ordered the glass and came out to install in January - and broke the window during install. They also made a huge mess and dripped muddy water all over my furniture despite our having moved it out of their way. Since then no response. They don’t return our calls and we have no idea if they even ordered a replacement window. I’m done."

"I had gotten a replacement glass for an old firewood stove and its was just a little big. I had the glass cut. I forgot the name of the person who had helped me but they did a fantastic job. The glass fits perfectly. Customer Service was fantastic all the way through. I had called first to see if they cut woodstove glass and the person who answered was very professional and answered my questions. I brought it over and the guy took the glass and said they would call when it was finished. When they were done I went to pick it up and another person was there and helped us the rest of the way. The guy who took our money was also very nice and personable. Awesome place to go. If I need future services on glass, this will be the place I would go."
