"I was ready to have them install and fabricate my granite countertops when we discovered the sink was broken. Claire was so incredibly helpful. She let me leave that huge granite sink there and arrange for a new one to be shipped there while they kept the broken one there to be shipped back when they brought the new one from Lowe’s. With all the delays and no returned phone calls to everyone in Medford and Grants Pass and hearing, Sorry, can’t help you so many times, I wanted to hug this lady. If she’s an employee, she deserves a raise because I am telling everyone at Asante and HOA how wonderful your place is. Everyone should do business with you all."
