"They are listed as a Troy-Bilt repair shop I contacted them on 06/02/2023 spoke with Kyle and explained the issue I was having with a string Trimmer he confirmed they were a service repair shop for Troy-Bilt and stated bring it in and they will look at and evaluate so on 06/03 I drove the from GP upon entering the store I was met by an cantankerous man with a negative attitude(Dave?) who stated just because it says Troy-Bilt on the door does not mean he has to repair everything he can pick and choose and he refuses to service it he did not care that Troy-Bilt gave me claim reference number and referred he he also stated he wish they would stop give out his name and number all this was said prior to him asking what the issue was with the trimmer once I explained the issue he immediately stated its a fuel issue and my fault because I left traces of fuel in the carb and lines even though it was drained prior to putting away for the winter also the gas I use is recommended in the Troy-Bilt manual ethanol free with stabilizer @8.00 quart my main issues are I was lied to by Kyle and insulted by Dave they are not a customer service company willing to help customers with their issues as stated on their website and the leaf blower I purchased at the same time was stored in the same manner as the trimmer and it works perfect."

"This is lumberjack heaven when they die. Great customer service, excellent products, service technicians are consistent and know what they're doing. Sometimes it takes them awhile to service your equipment but that's because they have so much backlogged customers from being in high demand, but you can be sure your equipment is serviced properly. Dave and his wife are people of the earth. They have helped me retrieve stolen chainsaws when the dumbest thieves brought my chainsaws in to be serviced. I would recommend Dave's outdoor to anyone."
