"Ordered 2 hoodies for my Pit-bull Mastiffs on Oct 6,2023. Have yet to receive them, receive a call/email back or refund. Simply cannot get anyone to respond back. Out the $50+ and no hoodies for the kids. I was told this was a reputable company but they are not providing any proof of it. It is now Nov. 22, 2023. However, several days after my confirmation email they sent me another email & thought I should order MORE."
