"This review is based solely on their customer service - will update if hardware quality changes my conclusions. We purchased a clearance tent with a couple of (known) minor defects; it was marked down appropriately. Unfortunately, one of the sets of poles (for the A-Frame door) was for a different size tent. I sent photos to their customer service team, letting them know that I was planning to use the tent in 4 days, and asked what I was doing wrong in assembly. Joe wrote back within 2 hours, acknowledging that the photos showed that the wrong poles had been sent. He immediately offered to overnight the correct poles to make sure I had them in time for our trip! Looking forward to using the tent -- if the hardware quality matches the Customer Service Quality, I expect to be impressed!"

"My fiancé and I found Life InTents online and had a tent mailed to us for us to use as our “honeymoon suite” the night of our wedding - it was such a fun alternative during COVID! The set up was very straight forward, price was reasonable and the shipping/logistics were seamless. "I can’t say enough good things about this company!! Planning a wedding during Covid really had my daughter and her fiancé down. They had to rearrange their plans multiple times and were ready to just bag it all and go the courthouse. We decided to have a small event on our property and thought glamping would be fun and safe. It was magical!!! The attention to detail Joe and Brandy provided and the quality of the tents and furnishings was incredible! It made the wedding so special!! "Life in Tents is hands down the best thing my wife and I had at our wedding. We had stayed in the Canvas bell tents prior to the wedding and we were blown away. They came fully furnished with floor mats, tables, lamps, chairs and hands down one of the comfiest air mattress's we have ever slept on. At that moment we fell in love and knew we had to have them at our wedding for our guests. The time leading up to the wedding we were always in communication with one another and there was never any confusion about the event or what was to be expected in terms of their service. They always reminded us to let them know what we needed so they could make our event a special and memorable day. Fast forward to our wedding Brandy and Alice-Kate were extremely helpful, kind and so enthusiastic to make our event the best that it could be. They showed up a day prior to guarantee that everything would be setup and ready for our guests by the time they arrived. Just like we expected the tents looked amazing and it was even more magical having 13 of them up on the hill with lights strung in between them all. Upon our guests arrival they were blown away. Everyone loved them and had no idea that camping in a tent could be so luxurious and comfortable. Needless to say our wedding was one of the greatest moments in our life and we owe must of that to Alice-Kate and Brandy. Whether you're looking for tents for a very special event or you just want a single tent to camp comfortably, Life in Tents is the only choice."

"Life InTents is the best possible thing you can do for your event. My fiance' and I had the absolute pleasure of staying in one of their incredible canvas bell tents at a small music festival in July of 2017, and it exceeded our expectations. When we arrived, they had our tent fully assembled; complete with welcome mats, lounge chairs, side tables, lanterns, a plush comforter & blanket atop an insanely comfortable queen-sized air mattress, and the softest darn pillows we've ever felt. The tents remained breezy during the day and perfectly insulated at night- providing us with the most restful camping-sleep we've ever had. Our flawless stay was only eclipsed by Alice-Kate and Brandy's unbelievable warmth and hospitality. We fell so in love with the experience, that we decided to offer tents to guests at our July 2018 wedding! The wedding planning process has been made so enjoyable, and we owe it all to Life InTents. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty, multiplying our excitement for the wedding tenfold. We can't recommend Life InTents enough!"
