Although they were extremely busy dispatch sent out a text to their plumbers if any were available to stop by after hours. It didn't take long and received a call back that Robby Wilson was willing to fix the problem after hours. He was very professional and efficient. "They replaced our old hot water heater with a new one. They didn't leave any warranty or information about the new hot water heater. 2hrs after installing it, I called them to say it still wasn't working. They came back to check and said it was fine and to call an electrician. The electrician came out and found a loose wire on top of the hot water heater. If installed correctly the first time, it should have worked. I called Tri county back, they said it wasn't their job to fix the wiring. I assumed that since they installed it, they should have made sure the attached wires were tightened. They did drop $120.00 fee for him to come out the 2nd time. That should cover the bill from the electrician."
