From the beginning, Galaxy helped me navigate some tricky negotiations with another party, then carried out their work in an efficient and methodical fashion. Communication was timely and complete. Their order management system works very well and all is clearly documented. They asked great questions to help me think through design issues and worked well integrating with a 100 year old house and other recent improvements. The material I chose has large chunks of recycled glass and Galaxy did a great job with color-matching the minor repairs associated with joining of slabs and installation. Account management, the person templating, admin staff and the installation crew were all very friendly and professional. I would definitely work with them again - highly recommended! Note re: photo - the countertops are in and lovely - still a bit of work to do on backsplash and cabinet finish trim..."
