"Website’s often out of date and they’re very unresponsive to emails and phone calls. Their overall quality from one show to the next is very inconsistent, too. Sometimes a show is great, sometimes it doesn’t feel worth the money. They could raise their standards and do much better. Until they do, though, spending money on a ticket feels like a risk. Hope they improve soon."
