"Thay sade it would be 3 day to get it cut witch is ridiculous and then after 2 weeks we had to go somewhere else do not go there not at all a good experience not worth the struggle if I could give no stars I would"

"Worse experience ever!! Called LR Windows for custom glass for shower remodel. We went with Lonny because he promised the job could be done in about 3 weeks. When he came to measure the space the first time, he forgot one of his tools and had to come back. He then forgot to order the glass before he went on vacation. When the glass came in, it was not right, but his crew installed it anyway. The glass did not fit the space!!! They were just going to leave it like that! Lonny came back, admitted the mis-measurement was his fault, and would order new glass. WEEKS later, it finally came in. This 3 week job took over THREE MONTHS. Everything with this job was wrong ... from the first measurement, forgetting to order the glass, the installation of the incorrectly measured glass, the multiple times they had to come back to fix problems, to the lack of professionalism ... When we voiced our disappointment, a $150 discount was offered on a $2,600 bill. We have another (larger) custom shower to do soon. We will call Smith Glass next time!"

"We called L & R to give us an estimate for work on our house. Lonnie showed up on time. We discussed the work we wanted done at length (new windows, siding, shower repair, etc). He promised us he would email an estimate with all costs (product and labor) to us ASAP. Two weeks later, no ESTIMATE. During the next week we called L & R at least 3-4 times but just got the answering device. After about the fifth call Lonnie called and gave us an oral estimate on only 2 repairs we wanted done. He AGAIN promised us a written estimate ASAP. As of this date we still have not received an estimate. I do not know the quality of their work, thus I cannot rate that. However a company that cannot follow up with a written, detailed estimate of their work is a company I would never hire."

"I try to shop local first but I'll never use them again. What I was told would take 3-4 days took nearly a month. The whole experience was just bizarre. Honestly the worst customer service I've ever experienced."
