"Staff are perpetually exasperated if there are questions. Far too often there's not a 'grown-up' present. Surprisingly, the Ace Hardware in Molalla is owned by the same person yet the staff are not only more knowledgeable overall but the tempo and, for lack of a better descriptor, morale are significantly better. Can't speak for anyone other than myself though. I tend to avoid the Silverton Ace if possible."
