Reviews of T-Mobile
"I just want to say thank you Issac Hegge for all the help. It took 2 days to get my old number back on my new account. The tech support worked very hard to make it happen. Thank you."
"I've been working with this company ever since I had sprint. The quality of customer service is unlike any found elsewhere. They all may be young men, but they will treat you with the utmost patience & respect."
"T-Mobile in Lebanon is the worst phone service ever they treat their customers like garbage and love to screw them over. I will NEVER GO BACK TO THEM AGAIN !!! Worst experience I’ve ever had ."
"Wow what an experience I just had at this store. And I don’t mean in a good way. For some context, I recently dropped my iPhone 11, cracked the back of it, and was experiencing SIM card errors and losing service. Because of that I wanted to buy a new phone, and looked up the price online for the one I wanted, made sure it was in stock at this store then withdrew $1000 to go in and buy it. The reason I buy my phones outright is because the “deals” these companies offer aren’t really deals at all and I don’t want to be locked into anything. It’s basically just an updated version of the 2 year cellphone contract. Now getting back to my experience at this location, I walk in and see one associate helping a man buy a phone, and then what I’m assuming is the manager and another associate helping a family add a couple new lines to their account. Figuring that one of them would split off and come over and help me, I sit down and wait but then get confused as I watch the “manager” stay with the other employee and do absolutely nothing but just stand there. He then walks to the back and helps the employee get the phones out of the safe, and doesn’t return with him. He didn’t ask what I’m in for or anything. Fine, I figure that since the single guy buying the new iPhone would most likely be a quick transaction, I stay patient and wait a few more minutes. The kid helping him tries to put the transaction through three separate time, each time needing basically all of his information over again and each time it would not go through. This is when he realizes the tablet he’s using needed to be logged into with the manager’s credentials. By this point, I’ve been sitting there for 25 minutes while the employee is desperately trying to get this guy rung up and out of the store, meanwhile his manager is in the bathroom, doing god knows what for 20 minutes. It’s at this point I decide to not buy the phone, I will just get a SIM replacement then buy a new phone and either switch to one of the prepaid phone service providers. The level of incompetence and the apathetic attitude radiating from this “manager” has not only infected the employees that work there, it has destroyed my confidence in T-Mobile providing me any kind of customer service or satisfaction in the future. I will not support a company that allows this kind of work ethic or behavior. Why do I feel this way? Well, finally after coming out of the bathroom, close to 40 minutes after I first sat down, the manager comes out and is about to leave to go to lunch without helping the employee with his login credentials, or help me. The employee stops him and gets it from him, then the manager turns to me and lazily asks, “What do you need?” I felt like it was almost as if he hated me and wanted absolutely nothing but to treat me as poorly as he possibly could. I responded I need a new SIM card and that whole process takes about 1 minute. Once he’s finished, he just walks away. He doesn’t ask if there’s anything else I need or that I’m good to go, and I wasn’t sure if I had to pay for the SIM card either. He just hands me my phone and slowly walks away without saying a word. It was seriously such a strange and off putting encounter. Since there were children in there, I decided against giving this person a piece of my mind and letting him know just how inept and unprofessional he is, and really just a terrible human being overall. Didn’t get his name, but the greasy, chubby dude with unbrushed long hair and a neck beard, I’m sure you could care less because it actually did look like you don’t care about anything in life, but you’re the sole reason I’m ditching T-Mobile! Also, I guarantee I’m not the first that has done this either after their experience with you. Just know that brick and mortar phone stores are slowly being fazed out in favor of online support and sales (which is what I originally should have done) so soon enough you will be unemployed, that way or because you’re going to lose your company too many customers. Hopefully you become self-aware one day."
