The prices and quality were very reasonable, but what I really want to highlight was the customer service. At every step of the way, it was beyond reproach and surpassing all expectations. We purchased on Friday and got it delivered on Monday morning and while I had expected them to just leave it at the door, they actually went through the trouble of putting together the bed frame, laying down the box springs, and the mattress as a whole at no extra charge. It was an outstanding experience through and through and I could not have asked for a better one or even think of anything that could have made it better.
