"I'd like to support this place since it appears to be locally owned, or at least not a huge corporate chain. Unfortunately, the last two times I have been there, I have encountered a surly male employee playing music so loud he can't hear the customers. He was drunk as a skunk both times, stinking of booze like he just got tossed out of the bar at closing time. This was at around 6:15 pm today, and a similar time on another recent evening. Same guy both times; the one with all of the tattoos. I know it's hard to find good help these days, but if they don't care to find somebody with even a modicum of customer service, I'll shop elsewhere."

"This popular neighborhood store has changed hands in the 16 years we lived in the area. The current owners have over priced everything even before the Pandemic & Inflation hit .A pack of Djarum Cigars at other stores are between $7.25/$8.25 ,here it is $11.00. Many of their Goods are over-priced & it is unfortunate that they are getting away with it. as a business owner , I understand you have to make a profit but these price differences surely exposes them."
