"Normally love my little store down the street but tonight I bought a gallon of whole milk for an outrageous price, 5.99, and when I got home and poured it in my bowl of cereal.... Chunky!!!! Then topping on the cake is they won't answer the phone and I'm thinking they'll try and deny my replacement. Super gross"
