"The manager there “Sandra” is BEYOND rude and unprofessional. I have tried to ask that she treat me in a way that is professional and courteous, but she just became even worse. I have shopped in that store for over a year, several times a week, and never had any incidents of any kind with anyone, save for her. All of the other employees have been great. In speaking to other locals, I have learned that my experience is not unique, and it is rumored that the owner kind of tolerates it because of the high turnover rate of employees. I am nice, friendly person, and I have let it go until it became unacceptable, the way she treats me. I have literally spent thousands of dollars in that store, but I really don’t need that aggravation. So….. I’m simply going to take my business elsewhere. I have been told that the convenience store across the street has the same products and ALL of their employees are polite."
