"2:35 am and they had the doors chained shut, but all the lights were on and no sign outside informing anyone of different hours. Came back a week later at 4am. Doors were again chained, but a gentleman outside, waiting, told me the clerk was just in the bathroom... so I waited...10 minutes later the clerk unchanged the door only to let me know that they're closed till 5am. There's nothing to indicate that they're not 24 hours. Nothing online or on the physical location itself as far as signage goes. Get it together Plaid Pantry! This location is not the only offender."

"Constantly closed at 1 am every single time I go there, I don't know if they're scared at that time of night and closed but someone is getting paid to not work"

"Most of the workers are ok. There are few who need to take a lesson in customer service. I was refuses service today while returning my bottle. The worker actually told me he would not take my cans back because he wasnt going to deal with my kind of people when I asked what my kind of people would that be he said I was was a bum and that I needed to get to a real job. Like the one he had...isn't taking cans part of that job he has..???"

"The cashier Joshua M. had no customer service skills at all. Never greeted me never said hi at the register never asked if I found anything ok sounded like he didn’t even want to talk. When I bought an ice drink for $1.39 I told him it was advertised for $1.29 he didn’t say anything back and continued ringing me up never even offered to discount it to the advertised price. This store is a joke. 1 star review."
