"I went here for a shirt for my pregnant wife the guy was really respectful, professional got a hoodie it was good material the price was decent overall great experience will come again"
"Absolutely awful! SCAM We asked how much for the shirt that was on display. The guy said $25. The shirt was a custom photo of a pet and the pets name. When he pressed it he asked me if I wanted the protective layer so it will last in the wash. I asked how much? He said extra $10. I declined, hoping it would last as is. When I went to run my card I noticed the total was $50. I asked WTH? He said $25 for picture, $25 for name. I explained that wasn’t what he said originally and he said, that’s the price! The shirt was for my 10 year old son, who was standing right there. So…. I paid the $50 to avoid a scene. One wash and it’s peeling! I didn’t even dry it! I will never step foot in that store again! Lesson learned!!! A $25 deal turned into a $50 disappointment"
"Went here for a sweatshirt for my boyfriend, I asked for a size large and the guy working went and grabbed one and did the print on it. When I got home I realized it was a size medium that he had grabbed. I went back the same day to explain he accidentally grabbed a medium and not a large and he instantly turned rude and didn’t want to switch out the size. He tried to explain that the size medium was actually a large, which was so far from the truth. They literally have size large and extra large on their tags. He messed up and refused to admit he was wrong and I spent about 15 minutes trying to just get the right size sweatshirt I had paid for. Won’t ever go back here. The guy is a joke and shouldn’t be working retail"
"I would like to let everyone know who’s coming here for work shirts and hoodies for work. I went to a few and honestly this one is the worst quality material I paid for. For 70$ the letters I asked the Indian man to do. They didn’t even last a month before it started to peel. While the others I’ve gotten are still going storng and the letters are not peeling."
"The salesperson who helped us had very short patience and did not take pride in his work. I felt rushed when picking out my designs and he plastered a design on the back of my daughter’s sweatshirt which doesn’t look good at all. He stated that I stretched out the image when I tried it on. I wasn’t aware, nor was I informed that the quality would be that poor, that the image would crack. Instead of redoing the design and putting out quality work, he would rather sale a less than professional item. Instead of using a lint brush before pressing the design on the sweatshirt, he didn’t. He either wasn’t knowledgeable or just did not care. Therefore, there’s a good amount of noticeable lint pressed into the design on a white sweatshirt. He had the nerve to tell me that it will wash out. How could it, when it’s pressed into the design. He was very lazy, and I would not recommend this company."
