"Tom Busch Home Furnishings was open on a Sunday for the FIRST time in 138 years. My partner and I did not check before we went in. Win #1. Our dream couch happened to be the floor model they were using. Right color, right size, right couch cushions. Win #2. Didn’t love the pillows that came with, no biggie, but then LO AND BEHOLD they have a pillow box?! Picked out 6 perfect pillows. Win #3. Free delivery because we were the first people to make a purchase on a Sunday. Win #4. They can deliver on the one day I work from home? Yes they can. Win #5. Wonderful people, wonderful customer service, and a very happy family who now has a couch big enough for the 4 of us. I cannot recommend shopping with them enough. They were open and honest about extra items that would/would not work, had no issues with us taking our time to go over measurements, and were all around a lovely couple to work with."

"Great selection of quality furniture including my new favorite brand, Flexsteel. Three floors to explore plus a bargain basement. Plenty of parking behind the store as well. The knowledgeable staff was friendly and was there to help me when I needed it. I also learned by talking to Tom Busch that he is the fourth generation owner in this family business dating back more than 100 years in the same building originally built by Henry Weinhard."
