"I visited here as a favor to my Mom who lives in Woidburn. She needed a full size bed ASAP. I walked into the store and walked around for over 10 minutes and never saw anybody. I heard some employees talking in the back where the warehouse doors are. Finally an older gentleman appeared who understood English but did not speak any English. The young man spoke very good English and I told him what I was after. He said he had one in-stock and showed it to me. He said it was $500 for the mattress and $150 for the box spring. I inquired about delivery and he said $100. I told him that I was pricing full size mattresses and they were 5 minutes from my Mom. I thanked him and he got a little pushy wanting me to pay for it and we could talk about delivery. I started walking out and told him thank you for the info and over my shoulder said if she says yes, I will be back. He said today? Soon? Over my shoulder, as I was walking to the door, said yes. They have a banner on their building that says Mattress Sale. I was disappointed but wanted to prove to my Mom to just order on Amazon because it's cheaper. She did."

"I posted pictures of the pieces that were available for purchase SAME DAY because anyone who has shopped for furniture lately knows most places only have items for display and your orders would take at least 6 months before delivery! This store has so much actually in-stock! My salesman was Phillipe who was professional and knowledgeable, but had a casual and calm demeanor which is really nice so you don't feel hassled. I live in West Linn and was so glad I made the trek to come here. The quality is just as nice as the places closer to my house, but MUCH less expensive. I'm very excited about my purchase."

"Buyer beware: surprise charges, unassembled furniture and poor follow through on promised communication. Surprise $79 delivery charge that was not discussed at the time of purchase (invisible on my bottom carbon). The table came unassembled in a box, also not disclosed at time of purchase. Assembly was not included in delivery charge. When I called the store while the the delivery people stood there waiting for payment, I was told by the store manager, that I had to pay for delivery, or they would not release the dining set to me. I had paid the full price of $1300 the week before in their nice showroom. I asked the store manager to reimburse me for delivery, he refused but "generously" offered me a "nice discount on something that would make it worth my while to come into the store" to make it right. I may be old, but not totally senile yet. ... I won't even go into the lack of follow through on updating me on delivery dates. I had to keep calling."
