"One of the workers name Chris, he works in the arcade department I believe. He was one of the nicest employee. Very kid & family friendly. He was so nice to give my kids some extra credits so they can each get their own items at the prize area because we didn't have enough credits. I appreciated him for doing that for us, it really meant a lot to me and the kids. Chris made us feel very welcomed and appreciated. Thank you !"

"My sweetheart & I spent a Lovely Valentines Day together at Big Al's. Chris, the fun manger with the wild shock of pink hair, made sure we were all set up to have the Best Time! Dan & I had Lots of fun playing games & just being the big kids at heart we are! I then went to their website & saw what values they hold their company to, and they lived up to every one. "It’s a great place to take and have a nice time when the weather isn’t permitting. Bowling is Pretty expensive but what isn’t these days when it comes to good entertainment! The upstairs is a good time too. Lots of games and an adult beverage area if that’s what your after to relax and enjoy your afternoon…"
