"Well, my grocery pick up experience did not go well. After 10 mins of waiting in my spot, I had to call to ask what's up. A lady told me the staff responsible for my order were in the back of the store unloading boxes. So, I would have waited even longer had I not called. Total pickup time was 15 mins. Time wasted. Also, my vaccine experience also did not go as planned. The online reservation form did not warn me that if I have Kaiser insurance, that they can't give me my vaccines, that I have to go to Kaiser instead. It would have been so simple if the online form had warned me of this. So, more time wasted. Ugh!"

"Good prices friendly staff and varied selections. Besides that, the music playing over the intercoms has always sucked. Unbearably. I feel bad for the workers, the music just drones on and on. Nothing to keep the mind entertained, occasionally a good song comes on but it's short lived"
