Your customer service has been off the charts & I wish there was more people like you. I don’t care for the current manager there, because she treats him poorly & has no respect for great employees. "Living in the community one thing I love is going over to plaid and seeing Ryan and his welcoming energy he has all the time. It doesn’t matter what he has going on in his personal life he always brings so much energy into the store. Recently we have all noticed that Ryan isn’t there as much as he used to be. It makes the community very sad. More recently I’ve heard other plaid employees talking down on Ryan when I’m in the store or checking out. I dont understand what ryan has done that deserves his co-workers to talk about him when he’s not around. Ryan is the back bone of this specific location, he’s always on top if everything in the store. His special way of greeting people you as soon as you walk in up until the moment you leave the store with a “always stay plaid-tastic.“ the community misses seeing Ryan everyday."
