"Three years ago, we remodeled our home in Gearhart. We worked with Randall Lee's Flooring America for all of our new carpets, premium vinyl plank flooring, wallpaper, kitchen backsplash tile, and a quartz countertop. Even though it was at the beginning of the pandemic, they managed to provide excellent service, including the installation of all of the materials we purchased by working closely with our contractor on the timing. Even with supply challenges and government Covid restrictions, everything was done on time and looks beautiful. Recently, the carpeting in our main living area began to buckle a bit. We called Randall Lee's to see if it could be fixed. They sent Daniel out within two days. He moved the furniture (with our help) and re-stretched the carpet. It looks like new. This experience contrasts with a similar problem we had with Home Depot, which took months of negotiating and we had to pay movers to remove and replace the furniture so it could be fixed. For us, the true test of a great business is not just the initial experience, but how they handle problems later. We were delighted with the response from Randall Lee's and will continue to recommend the business to our friends at the North Coast of Oregon."

"Worst flooring company ever. We requested a quote for two bedrooms which were around 400 sq feet if that. They came at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon for an estimate. I called on Monday at 1:30 pm on Monday. Debra had to be reminded who I was and said she would get right back to me. I called again at 4:00 and was told that she had left for the day. I then called on Tuesday and was told that both her and Randall would be out of the office for the day on calls. Really? I then asked the nice young man on the phone to see if he could look up our quote. No problem he pulled it up immediately. The quote was over $2900.00 for two bedrooms and the sample they brought us had no gray in it as we requested. We went with another company who by the way followed thru from start to finish and it cost it us $1500.00 with quality carpet and excellent Customer Service. We will be using Nu way the complete flooring of our home. Randall Lee made us feel less than or maybe it was our politics. Yes my husband told him we don't wear mask."

"Deborah Lee was great to deal with. We put porcelain tile up a fireplace wall that looks like wood and it looks FABULOUS. Their recommended tile specialist, Marc Ward, was detail oriented every step of the process and valued his communication on each step as well as dedication to our project was appreciated. Only issue we experienced was surrounding the freight of the tile which delayed our project. Very pleased overall with the final project."

"I tried to schedule an appointment for Lee Flooring to measure. They couldn't schedule immediately. They had to put me in a queue for the ONE measurer (who I was told was Mr. Randall) to get back to me because he's the only one who schedules and he services the entire coast from CB to Astoria. Say what? I can't even get on a schedule to get measured immediately? A day later, still no call to schedule. I started telling everyone that I knew what I experienced at Lee Flooring and 100% of them had similar disappointments and would never have recommended them. I should have asked for referral first! The great thing is, I went 5 minutes down the road to Carpet Corner. Judhi was AWESOME!!! Scheduled me immediately for measuring in 2 days, helped me pick out exactly the carpet I was looking for and said estimate would be to me on Friday. YES! This is how it's supposed to be... Great customer service at Carpet Corner! Very knowledgeable. Thank goodness there are still companies who focus on customers."

"We had Randall Lee's restetch the carpeting in our Gearhart condominium. Their service technician, Cody Brown, was excellent to work with. He did an outstanding job with the stretching and was so pleasant to work with and be around. The job took most of a day and he helped move furniture when needed. What a difference it had made in the look of the room. Highly recommend using Randall Lee's Flooring."
