She was very thorough with explaining each step and very precise with the measurements and drawings of the shape. The process didn't even feel long because she made the environment and process very comfortable; I basically made a new friend instead of just going to an appointment. I recommend Lacy to everyone and anyone who decides to have their brows done. I'd much rather travel to go to Lacy because I trust her with my eyebrows. =)"
