"Similar to others attempting to get a haircut here, the members were simply rude and unwelcoming. When I arrived I was not aware this is an appointment only spot (no website to warn you and is just odd for a men's haircut that's ~20 min), so it was only a locked door with two of the employees inside just staring at me. Once one of them finally came to the door he acted like I was the rude one for trying to get a walk-in haircut - just a bad atmosphere in general."
