"Appointment scheduled. Office called to confirm. Then Joel called day of, and showed up right on time as scheduled. Looked everything over and pointed out areas where door was about to fall, then fixed them, adding months to their life-maybe years. Lubricated everything and tightened loose bolts. Made several suggestions to keep my costs down, likely saving me thousands of $.
