"Was told order would be ready 1:45 called at 2:30 was told still working on it.This was a fri. Pharmacy is closed on week-end????? By time order was ready was to late to pick up this medication is VERY IMPORTANT,but oh well im just a customer!!!!"

"Absolute garbage service. Third time I’ve gotten to the pharmacy hours after they said my prescription would be ready and told me I’d have to come back another day. Excuses range from “were really busy” to not enough stock to fill it. They could let people know instead of giving them a pickup time. Sometimes their estimated time for pickup was literally “a couple days.” Yeah, I’m not doing business with Walgreens anymore. Especially the River Road location. Ridiculous."

"Totally bad service here in this pharmacy. I recommend that you don't waste your time. Instead, look for another pharmacy. I tell you from experience. Every time I go, the lines are very long, either inside the store or in the drive through you're gonna be there like 30 to 35 minutes They should definitely be a little faster to attend"

"I took my stepmother to the Walgreen's drive through, it took 45 minutes, about 7 cars in line. Contrary to Jill Bergstrom's statement below, they "actually do" have an idea of how many people will "show up" businesses forecast comparatives as well as understand how many people have prescriptions to pick-up, there is actual science behind this. There is clearly something very wrong here. Unacceptable, glad I have home delivery through my insurance."
