"My book club meets here. They have solid wines, many of which are very affordable for the high quality. The tasting room here is good for winter, and has a lot of space. If it's sunny though and I want to drink Eola I will head to their legacy location instead!"
"Lovely tasting room. Nick gave us a great rundown of the Eola story and local wine scene. Loved their Barrel Reserve Pinot! Koi pond was an unexpected surprise. Took home the Pinot and a couple of cool tshirts."
"I got married at Eola Hills Wine Cellars and I am shocked by the lack of professionalism. We spent well over $5000 for the venue and wine and I never once met Emily, the event coordinator. Emily was disorganized and never seemed to remember that I existed. I reached out to her each time I needed to make a payment on the venue consistent with the contract. She also did not even bother to show up to tell vendors where they were supposed to go on the property. I wasn’t expecting her to coordinate anything day of but her failure to show up resulted in numerous disputes between her staff and the bartender we hired for the event. Additionally, the taco truck we hired called me because they couldn’t get a hold of her, despite her asking me for all their contact info to reach out to the vendors, and they had no idea where to set up. Emily made numerous promises that she never followed through on. One of the other employees, Carly, also offered to press my wedding bouquet and frame it and instead she essentially took $250 from me and pressed a few flowers from the centerpiece. I have no idea what she actually did with the bouquet. When I asked her about it she blocked my number. The only two people that were decent to work with were Ciera and Meri. They however seem to be the exception in the quality of employees that work at this venue. They were the only ones that were kind and actually wanted to do their job. They did everything they could to make up for Emily’s lack of professionalism. I do not recommend this venue in any capacity."
"A close friend had her wedding at this venue. The event coordinator, Emily, did not even attend the actual wedding service. Guests were left scrambling to fill in the role that Emily completely neglected. No apology was given, and it was only through the grace of god that the wedding wasn’t a complete disaster. Would not recommend this venue to anyone for any reason."
"Wow! So pleased to see your wine here in South Carolina proudly displayed! My house was 5 miles from this winery! I was a club member for a year! Coast to coast baby!"
