"I was at this salon to get my hair straightened for an event, I am all natural and have tight coils, after my flat iron session with Angela, I now have extreme heat damage. I tried to contact Angela on multiple occasions to find out what she put in my hair and I never heard back from her. My 4 and a half natural hair journey is down the drain. Avoid this salon at all cost"

"Sorry to say but this beauty salon has to be the worst experience ever. Bad service, the hairstyles and the price was a joke. The timing was ridiculous schedule our appointment at 10:00 and We arrive late like around 10:30 because of a wrong address but when We got there likely their wasn’t any client . she started doing my cousin hair ,both our was flat ironed the day before. So we went there to just get it styled. Her other client came and she left my cousin and went to do her other client hair. We didn’t mind waiting because we were a little late we respected her decision of finishing her clients hair. She kept us waiting around forever. Before she started my cousin hair we asked how much it was going to be just to confirm. Because on the phone she said it was around 55 for natural hair and extensions was going to be 75. She said I let you know after am done doing you guys hair. Mind me our our hair was already flat iron. All she did was just curled and added extensions.Guess how much she charged us $175 each for a the hair that flat iron and ready to be styled she nearly even brushed it . I swear I left this salon with a headache from the stress i had there.when I told her how come you told me different price when I called you and while I was here I showed you my hair and the style I wanted but She was very unfriendly and an awful atmosphere. And the way did my hair was so ugly I could have better myself. I wasted my money and my time, we were at the salon from 10:30-5 both of walked out with the ugliest style ever she played our hair as if she doing kids hair . I would never return to this salon even if they offered me a free hair service . She so desperate for customers and I see why."

"I'm sure this is a good stylist, but not for my hair type. I explained that I had 4c with matting that would take at least an hour to detangle beforehand. Nonetheless, we spent my whole appointment detangling because she had someone booked right after me. This would be understandable, but when I got home to do the style myself, my hair was much worse than before. I tried giving her pointers on how to detangle my hair, wet, in sections, but she insisted that blow drying it and brushing from the outside was the only way she knew how. She kept talking about how it would matt once she moved to a different spot, but that's because she did not put it in sections. I understand if working with different hair types, blow drying and brushing until it's straight works, but I knew that never would for me. The result: I lost piles and piles of hair and had to deal with matting caused by the appointment while I did my own style (pictured is hair loss, worsened knots). 4c hair is hard to work with, but I have gotten it done faster with no blow drying with stylists who specialize in natural hair. At the very least, the stylist needs to acknowledge it was a lack of experience and not the fault of my hair, which has been handled well by others. I would have rather she admitted she didn't know how to detangle or wasn't comfortable rather than me losing a lot of hair and still having to detangle my own."

"Always booking me at the same time as somebody else and making me wait up to an hour when I got a scheduled appointment. When she starts she rushes through my hair because she usually always has another person waiting because of poor scheduling. None the less when she properly schedules and takes her time my hair comes out looking good usually, but the professionalism and definetly use some serious work."
