"The entirety of my haircut they spend less than 10 minutes on. This includes checking in someone else and cleaning up the last person. Probably 5 minutes in total actually cutting hair. Didn't ask me how it looked. Didn't line it up in the back. Didn't seem to care at all."

"Second worst haircut ever, worst haircut experience ever. Had checked in online and when I got there walked in with another customer who had also done so. She was one behind me in the list. The woman who came up to check us in and who ultimately cut my hair was an older lady with dark hair. Immediately she exuded an energy of confusion and anxiety. Like it was either her first day working there or first day cutting hair. Talking to herself about how do I do this, do that. Picking up on this, when she asked who was next I politely offered the other lady waiting to go ahead of me. Unfortunately, the barber said she had checked me in first and I was up. I almost faked a phone call to leave when I got to her station which was immensely dirty and unorganized. Tons of hair from past customers still on her clipper attachments (which she dropped on the floor during my cut). I told myself relax, even though everything was telling me to leave I wanted to be kind and give her the benefit of the doubt. Maybe it'll be ok, after all, hair grows back. So, I took a deep breath and settled in, ignoring my instincts. What I got was an inexperienced barber, second guessing herself audibly. Even though she ran the clippers over my head soooo many times I found long hairs I had to cut myself when I got home. The fade I asked for was non-existent and the hair left on top of my head was a cartoonish mop. Worst haircut ever, I will never go to a chain again for a haircut and the small tip I left as she stared me down paying I wish I could take back. I am seriously considering just buzzing my head on my own now and throwing away the $ I just spent on the cut."

"Convenient check in on line, So No Wait when you arrive at the appointed time. They keep notes so that whatever stylist kids there can read them and give you a Great Cut. My Son is finicky about his Hair and they do a Great Job with him. I always Love My Cut as Well. Reasonable prices as Well."

"Horrible. 0 stars. I am completely mortified, angry, and SAD about the state of my hair. I asked for some layers, something I have had done at a Great Clips before with no issue. This girl basically gave me a short haircut on top of my long hair. I had to go get it fixed the next day at a nice salon and that stylist said it was some of the worst work she has ever seen. I will include a picture. I asked the girl about the way she layered it when she showed me the back and she defended herself so I just said “okay” and left because I didn’t want her near my hair anymore! Do NOT go here. The girl had dark hair and was from New York, that’s all I know. My hair getting fixed at the nice salon had to result in a short haircut that I am so sad about… there was no option to keep any length because this girl butchered it so bad."

"Everytime I take my daughter here, she says 1 inch trim, that's all she wants. And everytime, we leave with her crying because it's definitely not 1 inch. We won't be going to great clips again, I just didn't think it's necessary to spend $50 on a haircut when all she ever wants is a trim."
