"The place needs an Open light in their window, and some brighter lights inside. When I drove up to the location this time, compared to the store directly beside it, I was convinced this place was closed for business, it was so dark inside. Otherwise, quick service, and good end result."

It was welcoming and she took the time to see pictures of brows that my daughter was trying to aim for. My daughter was happy with how they looked. Will definitely be coming again"

"This facility is okay at best. I had a Groupon I used initially and they have a membership offer I took advantage of while it was still a bit on the cheaper side. It’s a 3 month membership and initially when I got it the price was reasonable given it’s unlimited eyebrow threading. When my 3 months was up the membership price went up by over $20!! That’s a pretty insane hike, not even sure if you can blame this one on inflation. The customer service was not worth the renewal of the membership. The workers there would always show preference to the people they knew instead of honoring the order in which patrons arrived. Would not recommend if you don’t know people there already. They are very cliquey and show favoritism which is a bad business practice."
