"The service was completely horrible. They gave me a chemical burn. I did not get the service I wanted. I was getting my roots done with low lights and a root smudge and they made all my hair lighter and without a root smudge. They said I would need to make another appointment to complete the look I wanted. They had charged more than we agreed on and kept rushing and going out for smoke breaks. Smoke breaks are fine, but this appointment was completely done with bad time management. They told me they needed to rush before the next client and that should have been planned out better, especially since I have had this service and full color services done better and within a shorter amount of time before in appointments done at other salons. Absolutely do not recommend. Horrible job and rushed service. Chemical burns lasted for days and there were multiple. Would never come again!!"

"I came in for a cut and color with a stylist almost a week ago and it was not a good experience. I went home and was so upset about my hair and the experience I called into the salon. Katya the owner was very welcoming and was able to make time in her schedule to have me come in! I cannot express enough how different my experience was with her! I walked in and felt so welcome by Katya and she worked magic on my current hair and immediately I was not only impressed by her work but grateful that she corrected her employee's mistake and didn't charge me. I will be returning to have my hair done by Katya again in the near future as well as recomend others to her as well! Thanks again for all your help!"

"The ladies in that place are true artists; each have their developed style. Every time I come in they put a smile on my face- I love my hair color and cut, and I feel younger. This is an organic salon, so I know I do not have to compromise my health over being beautiful. No more allergies associated with a hair salon full of fumes! I am grateful to have a healthy coloring option in town which is environmentally friendly too. They also have a line of organic styling products available, but there is no pressure to purchase. I am always upfront about my budget, and they are willing to suggest how to utilize the products I already have. The atmosphere is relaxing. My daughter is their client too, and we both know we can rely upon Katya or Mila to advise on our hair style. Great local business! I will definitely keep coming back!"
