"I received noticed from Abby 10 mins after my appointment was to have started that she had a personal issue and would be 20 mins, which turned into 40 mins late. everything felt rushed. she was eager to take a break while my lightened set and didn't ask many questions to make sure my hair was what I was looking for. since she was late someone was waiting and she didn't even make sure I was satisfied.
