"Good selection of consumer grade stuff, but the staff isn't supe helpful most of the time so you have to kind of know what you're looking for when you go in. It's a start contrast to some of the professional only stores, what been more than happy to give me advice on what we need to get from a place like Sally since we were not able to purchase from them (which was awesome service since they weren't affiliated with Sally). My experience shopping at Sally got a whole lot better after that, because I knew what we needed when we went in. That's my reason for 3 stars. Everything I needed with right there on the transaction with easy, which is 5 stars. But the service was one star most of the time I've been at Sally locations (there have been a few exceptions). But, after the help I received from the places who couldn't sell the me because they only sell to licensed cosmetologist, it was a five-star experience getting what I needed, paying and quickly getting on my way. So, if you come here try to know exactly what you need ahead of time and your experience should be fine. It's when you need advice and help with things that it becomes very hit-and-miss."
